How have you stayed connected in 2020?
This year has certainly been a challenging and uncertain one for all of us globally. At Silatha we recognise the most challenging aspects of 2020 has been the degree of isolation and disconnection we have all experienced in one way or another. Connection is one of the most fundamental human needs and it’s this connection many of us have missed greatly. Alongside the experiences, travel, set routines being discombobulated and disturbed, we have learnt to adapt as best as we can.

If there is one thing this pandemic has taught us to appreciate what we have. We have renewed appreciation for the good times and appreciate many aspects of our lives that we once took for granted. Eating out, seeing friends, giving a hug or even a handshake - you name it, we now appreciate it tenfold.  

We would love to hear how you have been able to keep the connections that matter to you, alive during this year, and what new connections you’ve discovered too. Did you create a deeper connection with yourself? Be it with loved ones, neighbours, a new flame or a new connection in your daily life to exercise, health and wellbeing.
