These are unusual times for us all. The pandemic has brought on its own set of challenges as we all deal with different types of loss in our lives. As we try to make sense of all that is unfolding in our world it is completely normal to experience strong feelings of overwhelm, hopelessness and grief. 

Alongside leading UK Yogini, Zephyr Wildman, the creation of the Embracing Grief meditation series was inspired by her personal story of loss and and grief. When Zephyr lost her late husband to cancer, meditation provided her with a blueprint from which she could start to rebuild her life. She began to see that around the grief she experienced she could develop tools to help her move forward with more tenderness, compassion and understanding.

Getting through such times is possible and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Zephyr through this series encourages you to embrace the emotional heaviness of grief and teaches you how to move through.

The impeding restrictions put in place through the pandemic has also seen a number of relationships breakdown or been ripped apart. Access to meeting new people has also been hindered so this meditation series can also be used to move through a painful separation of a loved one.
